pokemon card - black star promo #5 - dragonite 30 Retreat Cost Dragonite (Wizards Promo 5) -

1 wink card (random rarity level)

2025-06-06 "Flashback [cost]" means "You may cast this card from your graveyard if the resulting spell is an instant or sorcery spell by paying [cost] rather than paying its mana cost" and "If the flashback cost was paid, exile this card instead of putting it anywhere else any time it would leave the stack." 2025-06-06 You can cast a spell using flashback even if it was somehow put into your graveyard without having been cast

So your final deck with MTGA's minor auto-land adjustment will be 40 cards: 22-24 nonland and 16-18 lands, which is on par with a typical Limited deck

Two more interesting options are Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive and Mistford River Turtle to make your walls unblockable
