He may cost a lot, but in my opinion, three extra cards levels that out pretty quickly, not to mention the fact that he has built in protection on a solid 3/4 body

The Dash ability of Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer gives the card even more flexibility to attack out of surprise, which leads the opponent to never be sure about clearing the board or attacking without leaving a blocker behind

Its even pretty good in big-mana decks, as it provides a huge amount of defensibility to incoming attacks, and lets you attack quite freely too

I was able to catch my opponents by surprise with this defensive strategy that had access to a wide range of threats and win conditions, and I ended up making Top 8 of that event
