Like the rest of the Taketsuru range, which includes 12, 17, and 21 year old bottlings, this pure malt whisky comes from Nikka's two distilleries in northern Japan: Yoichi and Miyagikyo. Created in homage to their founder, Masataka Taketsuru, the Nikka
