Nef des fous Capacity:75 cl suivis d'une fermentation longueJean Pierre Rietsch's "Le Nef des fous" is an Alsatian wine made from grape varieties typical of the region. This cuve perfectly illustrates the approach of the winemaker, a pioneer of natural Alsatian wines: working without additives, vinification with indigenous yeasts, and extended aging on the lees to promote complexity and respect for the terroir. The wine combines aromatic purity, elegance, and drinkability.
