60s Boat Print Novelty Full Skirt but has a few tinyThis beautiful skirt is in excellent structural condition. It has a brown stain that is definitely a stain. There are also some yellow spots as shown, but I'm genuinely trying to decide if they are a part of the print. The print is so busy and bold that I don't feel any discoloration would be noticed during wear. I believe home made. Shown here on a 6. Waist laid flat 12 inches Total length 27
