Exhaust Insulation Heat Shield Rocker Dodge Viper Electrical New OEM heater control valveDEI universal heat shield kit for side exhaust. This kit consists of a 48" X 21" sheet of dimpled aluminum with a glass fiber mat when combined withstand temperatures of 1200 F. The original heat shield in Gen1 2 vipers measures 46" X 9" so one kit should be enough material to do both sides of the exhaust. The aluminum sheet will be closest to the exhaust pipe and the fiber mat goes in between the aluminum sheet and the cars fiberglass rocker cover.
