Boylan & Sturr / Paterson / N.J. Soda Bottle Virginia an occasional touch of uglinessThis one is VERY difficult to find. It is also rare to find a bottle made from 1895 1910 that the producer is still in business! Hutchinson soda bottle. According to Boylans website: In 1891 Pharmacist William Boylan creates an elixir in his Paterson, NJ apothecary. This serum is a derivative of birch trees. He names it Boylan's Birch. Then in 1895 Boylan teams up with local politician Jonathan Sturr to create the Boylan & Sturr Bottling Company.
