The wash stand comes with its original wash basin, which is extremely rare. Of note, on the bottom of the original wash basin there are Chinese imperial reign marks, which indicate the period during which the piece was made as a tribute to the emperor of the Qing Dynasty at the time: Wen Zong. The characters shown are (xin fng nin zh) which translates to "Made in
