Lake Cabin Landscape Painting - "Campfire Stories" 16x24 Framing:Unframed "The Perfect Spot" 18x24 original

"The Perfect Spot" 18x24 original on canvas board

This is the very first oil painting of my career

I find myself completely captivated with the colors and immersed in the sense of stillness within this one

The colorful lights which flowed softly into the night sky had sparked an idea within me

Lake Cabin Landscape Painting - "Campfire Stories" 16x24 Framing:Unframed "The Perfect Spot" 18x24 original"Campfire Stories" We all have those stories from around the campfire. Some of those stories are small, others big, but most all can hold a lot of significance to us. In this scene a lone traveler catches a quick nap on this cool autumn evening while the warm fire crackles nearby. The fall migration of waterfowl is on as the water fills up with blue bills for the night. This painting takes me to such a peaceful state of mind. Specifics: 16x24" oil
