So a couple of years ago, on Derby Day, Cam put some puds made to her recipe in the botanical basket of Wilma (our still) and distilled a gin. He was also working on a gin aged in our collection of 80 year old muscat barrels. So he decided to blend these together and add a tweak of Classic Rutherglen Muscat. The result smells
