This is largely due to Elmendorf Baking Supplies and Le Grand Prix Elmendorf du Pain that takes place down the street in June. The latter is a competition where the winner becomes the official supplier of croissants to the French consulate in Boston. And like all Cambridge based baking competitions, its got a poster by Kenji Nakayama. This one comes not with a croissant (alas)
