Hatsukokoro Kujaku V-Toku2 Rainbow Damascus Petty 150mm collection-konosuke-sanjo-skd The contrast of the highlyOne of the most striking rainbow damascus finishes we've seen, the Kujaku santoku marries great looks with outstanding performance thanks to its laser profile, very thin edge and the durable V Toku2 core steel that holds an edge similar to Aogami Super Blue but with a lower possiblity of chipping in comparison. A dream all round chef knife for any keen cook!
