Vintage Zuni Sunface Pin/Pendant corn maidens More about the overlay techniqueThis amazing Zuni sunface pin pendant was part of a collection of vintage Native American jewelry. The inlaid stones are gold lip Mother of Pearl, jet, natural Sleeping Beauty turquoise, natural red coral, Mother of Pearl, and jet. The silverwork around teh inlay seems to represent clouds at the top and feathers at the bottom. The Sunface represents the Sun Katsina, an intelligent force of nature. What a spectacular piece!
