Bink Sergeant J Grenache Montepulciano red currant and nectarine aromas100% Barossa Valley. Crafted with 20% whole bunch and 80% destemmed fruit, this wine ferments dry on skins. Harvested three weeks later than usual, this late vintage showcases fruit picked at the perfect moment. The result is a more serious and complex Grenache, brimming with joy and fun, yet underscored by profound spice and rich fruit. A harmonious blend where the beauty of nature meets modern winemaking.
