Delicate and restrained on the palate, with lots of citrussalted lemon, orange oil and pink grapefruit. Long and lingering with lovely white stone fruit on the finish. Youthful and fresh, with plenty of room to evolve over time, this is a wine to drink now with all your favourite crustaceans.
