Medhurst Estate Sauvignon Blanc Highland Subtle nuances of oak spiceGlistening with vibrant green hues, this Sauvignon Blanc is brimming with heady floral aromas of passionfruit blossom, soft yellow fruits, pine lime, lemongrass, and spice. The palate is a generous burst of sweet and weighty passionfruit, green mango, and exotic spice, all framed by fine talcy acidity and a distinctive slate like minerality. A touch of oak adds subtle textural complexity, leading to a long, salivating finish.
