Description

consisting of rums from Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados and Hampden Estate in Jamaica

a boat ride just when the sun and the sea offer a wonderful light show

from the best casks of a very old Solera of Pedro Ximénez

To preserve the fresh acidity

Maison Alexandrins Syrah 750ML Picpoul de Pinet consisting of rums from FoursquareThis wine starts off somewhat jammy, with aromas of raspberry and strawberry preserves. The medium weight palate offers more of the same, though moderate tannins and ample acidity frame the ripe berry and red plum tones. Lauren Buzzeo" 84 100, Wine Enthusiast
